Can I use the bottle warmer for breast milk?
Yes, absolutely! The bottle warmer is suitable for warming breast milk. It heats in a controlled and even manner, ensuring the quality of the milk is preserved as much as possible.
Do I get an adapter with my order?
Yes, with every order you receive the correct adapter for free. You choose your bottle brand at the top of the page and we ensure your order is complete — at no extra cost and ready for immediate use.
How long does the battery last?
With a full battery, you can warm up to 8 bottles or keep one bottle warm for up to 10 hours. Charging is easy via USB-C.
How do I clean or sterilise the bottle warmer?
1. Remove the rubber ring, fill the stainless steel part with boiling water and leave it for 2 minutes. Repeat this 5 times for a thorough cleaning.
2. You can also clean the stainless steel part with a mild detergent. Please note: remove the rubber ring and close the charging port tightly before rinsing.
3. Do you have a UV sterilizer at home? Then you can use it to clean the inside of the stainless steel heating part.
Please note: Never immerse the device completely in water.
How fast does the bottle warmer heat up?
The bottle warmer can heat a 100 ml bottle in approximately 4 minutes. The exact time depends on the initial temperature of the milk or water, and on the chosen temperature setting.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
For orders to the Netherlands and Belgium, a delivery time of 5 to 7 working days applies. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM will be shipped the next day.
Does the bottle warmer come with a warranty?
Yes, you get a 24-month warranty on the bottle warmer. Only damage due to improper use and wear and tear of accessories are excluded from the warranty.
