Warranty conditions

Our warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, careless handling, or modifications to the product. Use that deviates from the manual is also not covered. Traces of use and cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or wear and tear from normal use) are not covered by the warranty, unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect.

Parts that wear out over time, such as batteries or accessories, are not covered by the warranty. Damage due to accidents or incorrect use is also excluded.

We only provide a warranty on products purchased through our official Heymommies webshop. For purchases through other sellers, please contact the respective party.

Products without valid proof of purchase, second-hand items, or gifts are not eligible for warranty.

How do you claim your warranty?

Do you think your product is covered by warranty? Please send us a message via the Contact page. Don't forget your proof of purchase and clear photos or a video of the problem.

Together we will look for a suitable solution. This could be a replacement part, a replacement product, an exchange for a similar item, or in some cases a (partial) refund.
