Where do we ship?
Heymommies delivers with care to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the Scandinavian countries Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. This way, our products are always within reach, no matter where you are.
When will I receive my order?
Is your order later than expected? Please bear with us a little longer; it may be delayed due to various factors. Check the status via our Track My Order page. Still can't figure it out? Then please contact us via contact.
How much is shipping?
For the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge a standard shipping fee of €4.95, and shipping is free for orders of €100 or more. For all other countries, a shipping fee of €6.95 always applies.
What if my order is lost during shipping?
Unfortunately, this can happen. If your order has been lost during the shipping process, please contact us immediately. We will make sure the problem is resolved as soon as possible.
Are there any additional costs upon delivery, such as VAT or import duties?
No. We deliver under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that all import duties, VAT, and other customs charges are already included in the price. So, you won't pay anything extra upon receipt.
