Heymommies imports and sells products under its own brand name, including breast pumps and bottle warmers. As our brand name appears on the products, we bear full responsibility as the responsible EU party for the safety and conformity of these products.

All our breast pumps and bottle warmers are CE certified and comply with the relevant EU directives, including:

• EMC Directive (2014/30/EU)
• RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU)
• Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU)

Heymommies sources its products from selected suppliers outside the EU:

• Breast pumps are manufactured by Shenzhen Changkun Technology Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen, China
• Bottle warmers are manufactured by Foshan Kinterest Mother & Baby Product Co., Ltd. in Foshan, China

We verify our suppliers' compliance with relevant EU safety standards and require conformity documentation before products are sold under our brand name.

Safety Notifications and Complaints

If you have experienced a safety issue or incident with one of our products, please contact us immediately at info@heymommies.nl with the subject "Safety Notification".

• We aim to respond to all safety notifications within 3 business days
• Safety notifications are recorded separately and reported to the NVWA if necessary

Recalls

In the event of a recall, all known customers will be directly informed via email. Information about recalls will also be published on our website.

• All return costs will be fully covered by Heymommies
• Customers will receive a full refund or a replacement product of their choice
